All the fun must come to an end.

Who knew how much fun Connor (and us too) would have with this whole t-ball thing!  We looked forward to Monday's ( practice days) and Saturday's ( game days) all in the same.  I don't think it made a difference to Connor which one it was - just that he was with his friends and playing ball!  As the season came to an end this Saturday - I find myself thinking today what/ how will we spend are free time this evening.  Eric did a great job as coach and I think he really will miss the boys and girl, as these past few weeks he finally started to learn all of their names!  I'm super thankful for all of our family who were able to make it out to watch Connor play - I know his Gigi got a real kick out of watching all the little kids play.  Connor is so loved for people to make a point to get up here early to watch him play!  As the season ended the kids were all given a baseball trophy!  Here is my sweet baby Connor, oh so proud of his trophy!
As always with us - as one thing ends we seem to start another - no down time for this crew..
So, here we are the week of August 20th - and Connor is starting pre-school!!  Connor and I went today for "move-in" day.. Dropped off his supplies, met his teachers, learned where things are in the class room.  He did not want to leave today was having so much fun with all the cool things to see and do - I just hope this continues when I am not with him.  On our way home, I asked him what his favorite part of school was today and he said the "cars" and "sandbox"  some things with this boy are never going to change!  So, his first full day will be Wednesday - I sure hope he likes it - It is a wonderful school and I really think he learn alot!

5 Fun Facts about this kiddo before he starts pre-school

  1. He is so totally shy he won't even talk - but once he is comfortable he will not SHUT UP!
  2. He can already write his own name!
  3. His new obsession is spider-man!  I have no idea where this came from but he is OBSESSED.
  4. He is becoming such a wonderful big brother - the other night him and Zennon were having so much fun playing, laughing and carrying on that Eric and I could not even hear each other talk.  It was such an awesome sight to see them growing and becoming dependent on each other!
  5. As t-ball season went on for Connor, and softball for daddy - Connor grew a new love, a love for the game of baseball - He would ask just about everyday if him or daddy had a game/practice or if the Tigers were on.  Yes he will watch the Tigers game with daddy.  He will also just randomly yell GO TIGERS - He must be thinking baseball.

Wishing my sweetest Connor the time best time in pre-school - I am so excited to see you grow!  Don't get me wrong, I am super sad you will not be home with me and Zennon all day to play but, that just means we will so take advantage of  our Tuesday's and Thursday's when you are home with us!  Pictures to follow on Wednesday - his 1st official day of pre-school!
