Early Birthday Presents

Papa Bill and Grandma April sent Connor's birthday present in the mail a few days early

 ( and of course he could hardly wait to open it)

 We thought our extra side lot would be large enough for Connor to practice driving the ball.. We were totally wrong..  He hits it way to far... Off to the driving range for this kid!!! 

Golf Outing

Mommy's 1st time away from all three kids since having Rylinn was a lot harder than I was expecting!!  As much as I know its important for me to have some adult time, I just adore my babies and enjoy spending time with them!!  But mommy and daddy were signed up to participate in a golf outing!! (Ugh... I  had not golfed in about a year)  Took a little while to warm up, but then it all comes back!! ( woo hoo )

2nd Grade

How can it be possible that this kid is in 2nd grade already?  I just don't know how it is even possible...  I blinked and he is growing up right before me!!!  Watch out 2nd grade this kid means business!!

Why does summer always seem to go by too fast??
Looking forward to this school year for him and all he is going to learn.  We will watch him grow as a student, an athlete and as a friend but most importantly as our little boy!!

Heat, Sun & Water

On last day of fun before Connor was heading back to school.. Zennon is back to school as well just not quite as early..  Our last outing with all of us before the craziness of school, work, sports keep us busy!

We found this little splash pad about 45 minutes north of us!  It was perfect for the kids.  It was very reasonably priced..  We had 2 1/2 hours of splash time in the water park.. Changed our clothes, had a picnic lunch that we packed, then enjoyed some time playing at the park before heading home..

 

 

I mean how can you go wrong with a splash pad on a nice hot day?? You can't, we had a blast!!

Monroe County Fair

Connor & Zennon are adjusting very well to having a little sister around the house!  They have to have a little extra patients when it comes to mommy and daddy spending a lot of extra time taking care of our sweet little newbie..

I had mentioned to Aunt Gretchen (when they came to meet little Rylinn) that we wanted to take the boys to the fair this year.  She said that her and Uncle Steve, along with Dennis, Amy and family were planning on going - we could all go and the kids would have some extra fun exploring with their cousins..

Oldies but goodies

Why, yes!  Miss Rylinn would love some hand me downs from her mommy!!  These were one of Grandma Sandy's when mommy was little.  She held on to them and I was so happy we could get some extra use out of them..

 

I think this little chunk is an itsy bitsy bit bigger than her mommy was at this age;) 

A quick trip out..

Rylinn's 1st visit to the Zoo!

It was a short trip on a very hot day.. But after a few weeks of being snuggled up indoors with our precious little girl, this mamma was ready to get outside for some fresh air!!  We took big brothers to the zoo!
