Season's End

Zennon was sad to see his baseball season come to an end..

He had a great season and looking forward to moving up to our local 3B program next spring!

He thought his "trophy" was pretty amazing.

and had a blast getting some ice cream with friends.

Vacation is so rough.

When you come home its all about the naps and cuddles.

 I think somebody missed us while we were gone!
FYI - our cat is not a cuddlier - he usually hides in the basement.

Happy Birthday Sweetheart

Happy Birthday Rylinn! 

How is it possible that you are already 1 year old! 

First, of all that went by way to fast. Second, we did so many things this past year, I can't remember my life without you and lastly slow down - slow down baby girl!

 This little sweetheart celebrated her 1st Birthday on vacation!

We did a mini photo shoot in the morning.

I mean who doesn't love them some "Cake by the Ocean" at 9am in the morning!

We had some professional pictures done in the evening!

Oops! Total photo overload - I could of chose like 50 more - I love them all!

Me and Aunt Lauren couldn't resist one final photo shoot with this little one year old.

This little peanut is literally glued to me 90% of the time.. The other 10% is Eric's time.  I will gladly share that 10% so, that mommy can shower, do a little housework, do a little business work, maybe spend some time with her brothers or simply play on his blog.  I love that she loves to be rocked to sleep and is honestly the best cuddlier you will ever meet! 
She is my mini me all the way and I can guarantee you I am 100% ok with that!
We love you sweetheart - more than you will ever know!!!

Family Vacation

  A family vacation is a lot of things; fun, exciting, and lastly challenging.  In our case the only challenging part was deciding where to go - we had a few options out there but, I think the boys persuaded us with all there beach talk and we decided to take a trip to Top Sail Island, North Carolina!

We spent seven days calling this little gem on the beach our home:)

We spent most of our days beachin' it.

and I'm pretty positive everyone was just fine with that!

We also spent lots of time catching blue crabs.

I don't think our bodies could handle another boogie board ride if we stayed just 1 more day.

Our knees had sand burns from riding into shore:)

Our legs were tired from fighting the waves to go our deeper.

We had swallowed enough salt water to fill a pool.

and our skin was wrinkly from literally living in the water for a week.

 

We also played lots and lots of Frisbee.

Hahaha.. best picture ever.. Somebody tripped over the doggie.

 This little girl just loves her big brothers

 The ocean was lit up by the moon. So pretty.

 And this sunset, ohh man so beautiful.

I think these little sun kissed beauties are the cutest things ever!

They sure soaked up a lot of it on this vacation.

  Someone spent a lot of time with her best friend.
