Big Brother's Rock

This little girl is beyond lucky, not only does she have one older brother to be her best friend but she has two. 

She has two completely different relationships with both of them and it melts my heart to see her with them. 

Connor is by far her protector - she wants him to carry her around and she will cuddle with him all day long.  She will ask for Connor the minute he leaves the room.

Zennon is her playmate.  He is always willing to play with her baby toys or do silly things like play with her dolls.  Yet, she will tattle on him in a heartbeat.

Happy Thanksgiving 2017! 

Today is such a fun day! 

Not only do we get to eat yummy food, spend time with our family and watch football

But, even better the Steelers play!

Do you, see this!!!! We have tried everything to get baby girl off her bottle.  Both boys turned one and within a couple days bottles were gone.  But with little sister it was not to easy.  She refused to give up her bottle, we bought every cup in the world to try and she would drink water out of all the them but, milk NOPE not even a sip.  So, we just went cold turkey and took her bottles away.  Well she won that battle too since she just went like 3 or 4 days with NO milk.  So, we just gave her bottle back and let it go for awhile.

Little did we know, it was right in front of us the entire time.  We never tried her big brother's old cups ( we never got rid of) So, it worked she liked those and only those.

Look she drank the milk from the cup and went to sleep :)

AHHHHHH finally!!!!

Now, if we can just stay away from those bottles - we are all set!

It was a very successful thanksgiving!

A little adult time away

Eric came home from hunting a few days early so, we could take an adult trip with some friends to VEGAS baby!

Our friends flew out the morning before us so, we stayed an extra night after they left.  It was an amazing weekend.

Eric and I wandered the strip a bit Saturday before meeting up with everyone again!

Everyone left on Sunday so, we went and saw another show!

Beatles was also an amazing show and we had some pretty amazing seats!

We walked past this cut out every time we walked from our room to the casino (and I think he looks like our friend Neil - who's anniversary we were their to celebrate) so yea we had to take a selfie.

Its been fun Vegas - until next time!

Football Banquet

 The area director for our football team had a deal with the boys that wouldn't shave all season and that if the boys won the league they could shave him.  Honoring his promise. Each boy got to take a strip off.

 Of course when we got home little brother & sister were super jealous and excited about Connor's trophy - they wanted a picture too
